Tina Barnes Celebrates 20 Years at Alexander Youth Network!
Happy 20-year āAYN*niversaryā to our Service Authorization Specialist, Tina Barnes!
20 years ago, Tina was working for Piedmont Behavioral Healthcare when the ownership of the location where she worked in Monroe was transferred to what is now known as Alexander Youth Network. āEmployees were given the option to be employed by AYN so I decided to stay and see what AYN was about. Iām so glad I did,ā Tina said about the transition.
Since that time, Tinaās worked at the AYN group homes in Monroe and Charlotte, as well as occasionally working shifts at The Relatives before moving into the SAU department on our main campus.
āI am grateful to be associated with such a highly respected agency in the community and having the opportunity to work with really good people,ā Tina said when asked about what she was most grateful for during her tenure at AYN. āKnowing that I am continuing to do my part in helping children makes this career so rewarding!ā
