Full-time or Part-time
Benefits
Full-time or part-time teammates are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, and FSA benefits programs if they are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week.
Alexander boasts a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
Health, Dental,
Vision and More
We prioritize your overall health by offering a comprehensive and affordable health plan, including preventive care, discounts on prescription medications and more. We also offer dental and vision plans.
Student Loan
Repayment Program
We know student loans can be a challenge for some, that’s why we offer a student loan repayment program through BenefitEd for all eligible employees, demonstrating our commitment to assisting you in managing your educational expenses. If you have a college student loan, Alexander will contribute an equal amount of $100 per month distributed quarterly to be paid directly toward your student loan principal.
Paid Time Off
and Holidays
Paid time off (PTO) is available to both full-time and part-time staff. We want our employees to take time off, when necessary, whether for relaxation, attending family obligations, or focusing on personal wellness. Alexander Youth Network also recognizes 10 agency-wide holidays throughout the year.
Tuition Reimbursement
Program
We want to help you with your educational journey and offer tuition reimbursement through BenefitEd. Employees working 30+ hours qualify for this program, which is available for college students pursuing their initial undergraduate or graduate degrees (associate, bachelor’s, or master’s degree) at accredited colleges or universities.
Retirement
Plan
We recognize the importance of early and consistent retirement planning. Through our retirement plan, 401k retirement dollars are deducted from your paycheck pretax. You can choose to contribute a percentage of your pay, a dollar amount per paycheck, or both. All automatically enrolled in our 401k after they have completed 90 days of employment.
Employer Paid
Life Insurance
Our USAble Life program caters to both life and long-term care requirements. All full-time eligible employees are automatically enrolled in our employer-paid life coverage, which covers two times your basic annual salary in the case of a premature loss. With a single policy, you can safeguard against the two most significant challenges individuals encounter during their careers.
Employee
Assistance Plan
Providing support for you and your family members facing personal challenges is important to us. Through McLaughlin Young Employee Services, we offer a comprehensive Employee Assistance Plan (EAP). This program is available to employees 24/7, strictly confidential, and paid for by Alexander Youth Network.
