Intensive In-Home Coordinator
The Intensive In-Home Coordinator will provide behavioral health, crisis intervention, and family support services to children and families in home, school, and community settings. Coordinate person-centered care, collaborate with community partners, and provide 24/7 on-call crisis support to promote stability and positive outcomes.

Mental Health Counselor – Day Treatment
The Mental Health Counselor monitors client progress, support positive behaviors, and lead therapeutic group activities for children and adolescents in a Day Treatment Program. Coordinate services, maintain person-centered treatment plans, and help children and families access the support needed to achieve treatment goals.

Program Coach- MSSH-PRN
The Program Coach will support pregnant and parenting youth ages 16-21 in a residential setting by teaching independent living skills, providing case management, and helping them achieve personal goals. Facilitate groups, supervise activities, provide transportation and medication support, and foster a safe, supportive environment that promotes growth, stability, and independence.
