This role is the primary point of contact for client referrals and collects information as part of pre-screening and data collection. This person ensures appropriate customers are quickly engaged in assessment process and manages walk-ins clients.

The Residential Youth Care Specialist is responsible for offering appropriate intervention services, facilitating individual, group and family conferences and providing appropriate referrals to residents and families as needed. This role also maintains the residence and clients in a clean and safe environment.

The Crisis Care Professional provides therapeutic support to youth ages 11 to 17 in a youth crisis setting. Provides in-ratio leadership for the youth on Saturdays. Responsibilities include planning and lead psychoeducational groups, providing expertise on lived experience to staffing team, participating in monthly on-call rotation, identifying educational needs, and providing quality customer service on crisis referrals.
