The first step
If you do not already have a Comprehensive Clinical Assessment, you will need one to determine what treatment option is best for the child in your care.
- CALL 855.362.8470 to schedule an assessment or contact the Alexander Location nearest to you for more information on how to access services. Please note that we do not schedule more than 5 days in advance for an assessment. Visit our list of therapists to view information about their training, background, and specialties.
- COME BY. If you live in Mecklenburg County, we offer walk-in assessments on a first-come, first-served basis at our Child and Family Therapy Office located at 5855 Executive Center Drive, Suite 111, Charlotte, NC 28212, Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Assessments can take up to two hours, so there may be a wait. Please note that paperwork will take approximately 15 minutes to complete, so arrive early!
