What Teammates are Saying

Our little victories and struggles at the program level equal larger, systemic changes
in how services are delivered, and the quality of care children are given.
I’m grateful to be able to work with people that inspire compassion.

– Ashley Sparks

As a member of the Learning and Development department, I have the privilege of supporting new employees as they join the AYN team. I very often witness that moment when a new employee realizes the needs of the children we serve and the opportunity in front of them to make a real and lasting impact on another person’s life. To see them begin to connect with their ‘why’ and to support them on that journey brings me great pride and joy.
