Intensive In-Home

The Intensive In-Home program serves children 5 to 18 who have severe emotional problems and are at risk of being placed outside the home for treatment. A team of three, including a licenseD clinician and two coordinators works with each child and family using TTM -- a research-based, sequential behavior modification therapy. The approach helps youth understand responsibility and consequences for behavior while parents learn how to best manage the youth at home, at school and in the community. The approach is similar to Alexander's Multi-systemic Therapy program, but specialilzes in serving children with a diagnosed mental health issue.
