For those of you who do not know the inspiring story of Billy Madalon, he is a successful part of Charlotte's hospitality industry and was a client at Alexander during a tumultuous family time in his childhood. He is a long-time friend of Alexander having served the agency in many capacities, including our Board of Directors.
