SERVICE PROVIDERS:

This page is updated daily Monday through Friday with a list of clients needing outside services. If you provide a needed service for any of the children listed below and you would like to be considered for referral, respond now by using our brief ONLINE REFERRAL RESPONSE FORM. Your response will be routed to the appropriate staff
person who will then contact you to discuss the child and their needs. You may also call our Intake Department at 704.362.8470 to register your interest and leave your contact information for a return call.

Delilah -- 15-year-old girl with Mood D/O and Polysubstance Abuse needs Level III treatment. Services required on or before Oct. 6. Child is in custody of biological mother IPRS Funding. She has substance abuse issues. Mother is very involved with tx and is willing to participate in tx. Consumer does not have medicaid. Mother applied for Medicaid in July and has a temp #. No DSS involvement. She is currently not in school and plans to obtain her GED. Would prefer the Mecklenburg County area.
RESPOND.
Roger -- 14-year-old male with Schizoaffective Disorder in need of a Therapeutic Foster Care, Level II Family Type placement or Level III Residential placement. Consumer is in the custody of Davie County DSS. There is no family involvement. Services needed between December 1st - 31st.
